The Mystic Shoppe Online

 If you are not happy with a product, we will issue a refund provided that:

• The item is returned within 15 days of purchase in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
• If the item is damaged in shipping, please email a picture of the unopened, damaged container along with a picture of the damages to Services@evalynesgardengate. We will provide a return label and issue a refund when we receive the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used to purchase the item.

Please email Services@evalynesgardengate with the invoice number and the reason for the return. We will process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
